Manage Bank Accounts

Use the Cloud ERP Manage Bank Accounts task in the Cash Management functional area to define all bank accounts for non-partner banks for the entities required for cash forecasting.

You can also grant access to multiple business units, functions, and users to your bank account. To define all bank accounts for non-partner banks for the entities required for cash forecasting, complete these steps:

  1. Log in to Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
  2. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Bank Accounts task:
    • Offering: Financials
    • Functional Area: Cash Management
    • Task: Manage Bank Accounts

      You can also use this navigation: Navigator > My Enterprise > Setup and Maintenance > Tasks panel tab > Search > Manage Bank Accounts.

  3. On the Manage Bank Accounts page, in the Search Results section, click the Create (+) icon to open the Create Bank Account page.
  4. On the Create Bank Account page, complete the required fields and grant access to multiple business units, functions, and users to your bank account as needed on the General, Controls, Security, and Business Unit Access tabs.
  5. Click Save and Close.
  6. Click Done.
