Creating Custom Smart List Entries for Budget Revisions

When you enable Budget Revisions, a Smart List, Control Budget Name, is created. Add Smart List entries to define each of the control budgets that you want to integrate. This provides options in the user interface that allow users to create budget revisions for a specific control budget.

  1. Click the Navigator icon Navigator icon, and then under Create and Manage, click Smart Lists.

  2. Click Control Budget Name, and then click Edit icon.
  3. Click the Entries tab and add an entry for each control budget, and then click Save.

    The value for Label must match the control budget name.
