Enabling Audit Tracking

Audit tracking isn't enabled by default. Service Administrators must enable auditing so data changes can be tracked.

To enable auditing:

  1. On the Home page, click Tools, and then click Audit.
  2. From the Audit page, click Enable Auditing.
  3. From the Enable Auditing page, select the audit types, and then click Save and Close.
