View External Purchase Prices

In the External Purchase Prices work area, click the external purchase price number to view the lines.

The statuses assigned to external purchase prices and their lines are:

Type	Status
External Purchase Price Header	Approved - The external purchase price is approved. Lines belonging to approved external purchase prices are only eligible for selection to create Purchase Agreements. Pending Approval - The external purchase price must be approved. Canceled - The external Purchase Price is canceled.
External Purchase Price Line	Approved - The external purchase price line is approved and isn't selected for purchase agreements. User selected – The user has selected the line to be included for purchasing. The selection criteria specified in the Manage External Purchase Prices Selection Criteria setup won’t be applied to the items with manually selected lines. Selected - The approved external purchase price line is selected and exists in a purchase agreement. Pending Approval - The lines belong to an external purchase price pending approval. Error - The purchase agreement couldn't be updated for this line due to an error. The details of the error are shown as Purchase Agreements Error in the Exceptions page. Canceled - The line is canceled and won t be used for selection. Excluded - The external purchase price line will not be considered for selection when creating the purchase agreements.
Change Order Header	Approved - The change order is approved and the changes have been updated to the external purchase price. Pending Approval - The change order must be approved before the changes are updated to the external purchase price. Canceled - The change order is canceled and the changes won't be updated to the external purchase prices. Error - An error occurred while implementing the change order. The details of the error are shown as Change Order Error in the exceptions page. Not Processed - These external purchase prices are queued and are processed when the prior external purchase prices are approved.

External Purchase Price Header

Not Processed - These external purchase prices are queued and are processed when the prior external purchase prices are approved.
