Managing certifying agencies setup enables the buying organization to manage the authorized organizations that issue business classification certifications. Certifying agencies are maintained and associated with the applicable classifications that can be selected when creating a classification for a supplier.

End dates can be set when the agency is no longer valid, to prevent it from being used on new classification records. The procurement application administrator can access this setup through the Manage Certifying Agencies in Oracle Fusion Setup Manager setup task.
