Award and Award Project General Details

After you create an award, you can specify the general attributes of an award using the General tab in the Edit Award Details page.

Similarly, you can specify the general attributes of an award project using the Management tab in the Manage Award Details page.

Award

The general details of an award, such as purpose, type, and the following details:

  • Organization: By default, this value is set to the principal investigator's primary organization that's defined in HCM. You can change the organization, if required.

  • Institution : By default, this value is set to the institution that's specified in the business unit implementation options. You can change the institution, if required.

  • Sponsor Award Number: The number that's tracked by the sponsor.

  • Assistance Listing Numbers: The numbers that identify the nature of funding received in the form of awards from sponsors.

Keywords

Award and award project

The subject category to track an award. Associate keywords with an award, award project, or principal investigator.

References

Award and award project

The additional references to the award or award project for identification purposes, for example, proposal number.

The file or URL to attach to the award or award project.

Award and award project

The additional award or award project details, specific to your organization, that you can capture and track using the award and award project descriptive flexfields. You can capture and track the following award details:

  • Previous Award
