Edit an Award

Use the following tabs on the Edit Award Details page to edit the award details:

  • General: Add or update award details, such as keywords, references, Assistance Listing Numbers, and so on.

  • Financial: Define budget periods, funding sources, and organization credits to manage the financial transactions of the award project.

  • Compliance: Capture and manage certifications and compliance information of the sponsor.

  • Personnel: Define internal and external personnel for the award project.

Note: Edit the award name in Enterprise Contracts. Start date and end date can be edited in Grants Management and the changes will propagate to Enterprise Contracts if there's only one contract line, one sales credit, and one default billing control. For an award contract, you can't edit the Primary Sponsor and Currency once the contract is created.

To edit an award:

  1. Click Manage Awards in the panel drawer.

  2. Click the award you want to edit.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. In the Edit Award Details page, edit the award details as appropriate.

  5. Click Save and Close.
