Interact with Oracle AI Agents from Slack

You can now integrate Slack with AI Agent Studio, and enable users to access Oracle AI agents from Slack.

The integration is available for a single workspace, and users can interact with Oracle AI agents from within the chat experience of Slack instead of accessing agents from Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. 

Steps to Enable and Configure

Here's an overview of the integration steps:

• Make sure permission groups are assigned to create channels in AI Agent Studio.
• Create the Slack channel manifest file in AI Agent Studio.
• Add the created manifest file in Slack from api.slack.com/apps and create the app in your workspace.
• Open the Slack app and add the created app.

Users log into Slack, select the appropriate Oracle AI agent, and begin their interaction directly from within Slack.
