Compensation Info Page within Benefits Summary
Welcome to this 25A demo, I will be showing you how to use the compensation info page within the Benefits Summary page in HCM Cloud Benefits.
This new feature brings the Redwood design to the compensation info page within the benefits summary. Administrators continue to have easy access to compensation information without leaving the benefits summary page and they gain the improved Redwood functionality. Enabling the Redwood design ensures consistent functionality across all your benefit Redwood pages. I have navigated to the Benefits Summary Page from my client groups and searched for an employee. On the right-hand side there are actions that I can perform.
I will click on compensation info link hyper-link which will opens up the compensation information page.
Here I can see the employee’s current salary. I can click on the hyper-link to drill down to see more details and I can click on the edit icon to change current salary information.
As I scroll down, I can see additional compensation, recurring and one-time payments, total shares summary, estimated stock value, share details, compensation change statements and market composites.
Scrolling up I can click on the actions dropdown to perform actions for this employee or administer a new compensation. The ability to perform these two actions or the edit the current salary is based on your security role setup for your benefits administrators.
Once I finished reviewing all of the information I can click on the back arrow which returns me to the benefits summary page.
The new Redwood compensation info page is delivered enabled when you set the ORA_BEN_ADMINISTRATIVE_ENROLLMENT_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile value set to Y at the site level.
This concludes this demo. Thanks for watching.
