Manage Orders

Storefront now supports the ability for customers to view and manage their orders. You can browse through the list of your orders, see the summary view of an order as well as drill down on it to view its details. Storefront will show the progress of an order dynamically based on the configured delivery milestones and the current status from the fulfillment system. You can also cancel an order that is in progress from the order summary view or order detail view. Storefront will have validation to prevent order fallout by not allowing users to cancel an order that has reached a point of no return.

Communication Service Providers are trying to reduce contact center cost and increase ARPU by providing digital self care to their customers for managing their subscription, bills and orders.  Storefront needs to support order self care experience that would enable our customers customer to manage their orders online without ever having to talk a real person.
