Modified Application Role: Migrations - Administer

This update modifies the existing Migrations – Administer application role by adding the capability for Enterprise Data Management users assigned to the User predefined role to use EPM Automate or the web user interface to modify the daily maintenance start time.

Business Benefit: This role helps delegate administrative activities to users who are not Service Administrators.
