New Application Roles that Manage Access to the Access Control Card

Service Administrators can assign two new application roles named Access Control - View and Access Control - Manage to Account Reconciliation users. The Access Control - View role enables users to view reports related to user security and provides read-only access to the tabs in Access Control. Users who are assigned the Access Control - Manage role can view and export reports related to user security and perform operations using the tabs in Access Control. The operations include managing teams, groups, users, and application roles.

Business Benefit: The new roles provide segregation of duties within Access Control. Depending on the tasks that need to be performed, Service Administrators can assign the appropriate role to a user.
