Request History Identifies when Request Items are Merged
When request items are matched and merged into existing nodes in a viewpoint, the merge operation is recorded in request history to enable auditing of that activity at a later time. The request history entry identifies the number of request items that were merged for which node type, along with who performed the merge and when it occurred.
Business Benefit: Users can easily determine when match and merge operations took place for request items in a request in case they want to investigate those items further.
