Delete Unused Workflow Policies

Workflow policies that were created but never used for any requests can be deleted by users who have the Owner or Metadata Manager permission.  Policies can be individually deleted from the Policies tab of the inspector for the application, dimension, node type, or hierarchy set for which the policy was defined.

Business Benefit: Deleting a policy enables unused polices to be permanently removed and prevents these policies from being migrated to a different environment.
