Improved Request Processing for Updating Nodes with Calculated Names

Nodes with calculated names can be updated, inserted, or moved in a viewpoint during a request file load or when generating a subscription request.  This allows changes from another source to be properly applied to existing nodes whose name is calculated based on other properties of the node.  In previous releases, nodes with calculated names could be added to a viewpoint, but in order to update them you needed to explicitly specify the node name.

Business Benefit: Subsequent updates to existing nodes with calculated names coming from a request file load or a subscription request can be processed accordingly.
