Prevent Pushback and Recall Actions for Selected Request Types

The Pushback and Recall workflow actions can be optionally restricted for submitters, approvers, and committers of certain types of requests.  A system setting is available to enable or disable this restriction and select the request types where these actions will be prevented.  In previous releases, only the Reject action could be restricted for In Flight requests.

Business Benefit: Restricting the Pushback and Recall actions avoids the unintended loss of request approvals or enrichment which may be cleared when a request is returned to the Submit stage.
