New copyFromSFTP and copyToSFTP EPM Automate Commands

The copyFromSFTP and copyToSFTP EPM EPM Automate commands are available starting with this update. The copyFromSFTP command copies a file or a backup snapshot directly from an SFTP server to an OCI (Gen 2) environment without first downloading it to another server using an SFTP client and then uploading it to EPM Cloud using EPM Automate or the REST API. Similarly, the copyToSFTP command copies a file or a backup snapshot from a location in an OCI (Gen 2) environment to a location on a SFTP server without first downloading it to another server using EPM Automate or the REST API, and then using an SFTP client to upload it to the SFTP server.
