Essbase Version Downgrade Option Removed from the Recreate EPM Automate Command

The recreate EPM Automate command has removed the downgrade option from the EssbaseChange optional parameter, which means that you will no longer be able to downgrade your environment to use the Essbase version that does not support hybrid cubes.

Business Benefits: Since Oracle is upgrading all EPM Cloud environments to a newer version of Essbase, this option is unnecessary.
