Package Extract Footer for Extract Packages

Extract packages provide an option to include additional text as a footer when combining the output of multiple extracts in the package.  A Package Extract Footer parameter can be specified for each extract in a package and may be used with or as a substitute of the footer defined in the extract profile.

Business Benefit: Separate footer text can be applied to the results of an extract when it is run as part of an extract package and the output of all extracts is combined.
