Node Search and Query Without Requiring Prefixes

Viewpoint searches and queries can now find nodes with qualified names without the user having to specify a prefix as part of the search text or query filter.  This capability is available for nodes of node types that have default or alternate qualifiers configured using the Prefix qualifier type.  Prefixes are no longer required for the Contains or Similar To query operators on the Name property but are still necessary when using the Equals operator.

Business Benefit: Users can search and query for nodes in viewpoints by name in a more simplistic fashion.
