Ability to Ignore Source Parent for Model After in Request File Load and Subscriptions
When performing a model after operation during a request file load or via a subscription, source parents can be ignored and hierarchy relationships for the new node being created are copied only from the target node being modeled after. The <Ignore> keyword can be specified in the Parent column of a request file to indicate that the source parent should be ignored during a model afer operation. An Ignore Source Parent parameter is available for subscriptions configured with the Model After copy action to ignore parents from source viewpoints for new nodes being added to target viewpoints.
Business Benefit: Ignoring source parents during a model after operation allows new nodes to be appropriately added in an automated fashion to multiple parents in viewpoints that have different hierarchies and do not have any relationships in common.
