Property Inspector Override Indicators for Applications and Node Types

New badges are displayed in the property inspector for applications and node types to indicate whether any property parameters are configured at the application or node type level.  When a base parameter for a property is overridden at the application level, the application indicator is shown.  When an application parameter is overridden at the node type level, the node type indicator is shown.

Business Benefit: Application owners and Service Administrators can easily see which applications and node types have different parameters configured for common properties.
