Improved Exception Management with Alerts Escalation Paths

You can now define new Alert escalation paths to automatically raise an Alert’s priority and notify additional users if the Alert remains unresolved within a specified number of days. Alerts have been further enhanced to include a new Notification Assignee role allowing non-system users to be included within Alert emails.
