Consolidation Journal Reports

The Consolidation Journal Report Header has changed. It now includes the name of the Cube, which is Consol. This was included to support an upcoming feature.

Business Benefit: Displaying the Cube in the report header provides additional information in addition to the POV used when generating the report.
