Enhanced Consolidation Report Header

The Consolidation Report header has been updated to be consistent with Consolidation Journal Reports and Intercompany Reports. In addition to the POV, the header section now includes all options selected for the report, such as column display, hierarchy, and member name options.

Business Benefit: The updated header provides a more consistent user experience for Financial Consolidation and Close reports.
