Enhancements to the User Variables Values REST API

The User Variables Values REST API has been enhanced to allow Service Administrators to retrieve user variable values of many users. Previously, Service Administrators could retrieve the user variables of only one user. This enhancement affects these use cases:

• Get User Variable Values Defined for the Application by User Name
• Get User Variable Values Defined in the Application by User Name and Value

Business Benefit: These updates provide an easy way to get user variable values of multiple users in the same response as opposed to issuing the API one by one for each user.
