User Login Report CSV Consistency Update

An update has been made to align the User Login Report CSV format with the Role Assignment Report CSV format. The CSV file, previously named SecurityAuditReport.csv, is now updated to UserLoginReport.csv.

Business Benefit:  This update will ensure that the User Login Report CSV is consistent with other reports, improving report standardization, usability, and ease of comparison.
