Submission of Snapshots with Provide Feedback Disallowed in OC2, OC3, OC4, and OC19 Realms

OC2, OC3, OC4, and OC19 are restricted realms with rules that limit the sharing of data. Starting with this update, Oracle has disabled the submission of snapshot as part of Provide Feedback from these restricted realms.

Business Benefit: Disallowing the sharing of snapshots with Oracle ensures compliance with data sharing restrictions.
