New Artifact Types for Granular Template Export

Granular template exports can include individually selected views, viewpoints, compare profiles, and extract packages for migration to another environment.  These artifacts can be combined with any combination of other artifact types in a granular template.  Viewpoints and extracts are not automatically included with selected views and extract packages.  They must be separately chosen for granular export when appropriate.

Business Benefit: Service administrators can migrate specific views, viewpoints, compare profiles, and extract packages across Enterprise Data Management environments.
