Submitted Date and By Column in Request Activity

The Workflow column set on the Request Activity page includes a column to identify the date when each request was submitted and the user who performed that action.  Requests can be sorted based on the submission date.  The Submitted column is displayed adjacent to the Invitees, Approvals, and Commits to easily determine where each request stands in its governance workflow.  For users with large screen sizes, the Submitted column is also included when showing All request activity columns.

Business Benefit: The Submitted column enables users to evaluate and compare multiple requests based on who submitted them and when.
