EPM Automate to Disallow Authentication Using Insecure HTTP Protocol in Groovy Rules

EPM Automate now prevents the use of insecure HTTP addresses (for example, http://localhost and its equivalent http://127.0.0.1) to login using Groovy rules. Starting with this update, you must use the secure HTTPS protocol (https://) in server-side groovy rules when connecting to an OCI environment.
