PCM Agent: Artifact Button Changed to a Hyperlink

The artifact button in PCM Agent that accesses the page corresponding to PCM Agent request is now a hyperlink directly above the request chat area. For example, if you wrote a request to create a model, a "View Models Page" hyperlink is displayed directly above the request chat area.

Business Benefit: All of the controls are now in the request chat area eliminating the need to navigate between the top center and bottom right of the PCM Agent page. This results in improved efficiency with less cursor movement.
