Doclet Workflow Notes in Report Packages

Doclet Workflow Notes (Doclet Notes) provide authors and approvers a convenient way to add commentary and discussion notes to doclets during the development. Authors can include important details or context when submitting a doclet for approval. Approvers can add feedback when returning a doclet for revision or rejecting it, including the reason and any additional guidance.

If there is no Author Phase, doclet notes are still supported, but they are limited to Report Package Owners.

Business Benefit: This feature enhances communication, ensuring that users have the necessary information throughout the doclet development process.
