Documentation on Business Continuity

The Getting Started Guide includes a new chapter titled Cloud EPM and Cloud EDM Business Continuity, which replaces the previous chapter, Backing Up and Restoring an Environment Using the Maintenance Snapshot.

The new chapter expands the scope to present a holistic approach to business continuity that includes:

  • Daily backups and the ability for customers to restore an environment from those backups
  • The ability to use daily backups to support disaster recovery in another region
  • Automatic capacity scaling to support increasing application demands
