Changes to the Company Sign In Process in Smart View for Google Workspace

While connecting to your business process using the Company Sign In method, you can now connect use a connections JSON file shared by your Service Administrator to load multiple connection details. Additionally, the Connect dialog box now contains a new Scope field and a new Load Connections button.

For connecting to your business process from Google Sheets, you need to enter the Server URL, Client ID, IDCS URL, and Scope in the Connect dialog box. This needs to be done for each server that you connect. Using the new Load Connections option, you can load the connection details for multiple connections using a connections JSON file shared by your Service Administrator.

Once loaded, you can select the server URL to which you want to connect. The related details for client ID, IDCS URL, and scope are automatically fetched from the connections file and populated in the Connect dialog box.

Business Benefit: The Load Connections option enables users connect to their data sources faster and saves the effort of manually entering the connection details.
