Updated User Interface for Forms in Strategic Modeling

Strategic Modeling models now use the EPM Platform Forms 2.0 interface to render the Account View grids within each of its models. 

Note: Strategic Modeling supports only the Forms 2.0-based experience; the older user interface is not supported. All web UI for the Account View grids within models will use this new UI and there will not be an option to revert to the legacy UI.

Business Benefit: The new Web interface for Account View grids brings a faster, more intuitive, and consistent EPM data entry user experience to Strategic Modeling.
