Support for Using Comments in Machine Learning Template Files

You can now add comments to Machine Learning (ML) template files by enclosing the comments in /* and */.

Here is an example:

/* This is a comment on the example */

You can use comments to describe template sections, explain prompt instructions, or provide guidance for maintaining these templates.
