Update Regarding Predictive Planning in Smart View

Starting with the 26.06 update, Predictive Planning in Smart View has been retired and is no longer available for download from the Planning Downloads page. 

As part of this change, Oracle will no longer provide ongoing support for Predictive Planning in Smart View for existing customers.

Business Benefit:  Retiring Predictive Planning in Smart View allows Oracle to focus continued innovation and investment on modern planning experiences and advanced predictive capabilities available in the current platform.
