EPM Assistants: IPM Insights Assistant

The IPM Insights Assistant is now available. EPM Assistants enable Service Administrators to download AI agent templates for integrating Cloud Enterprise EPM or Cloud EDM with Fusion AI Agent Studio.

The IPM Insights Assistant provides a reusable AI Agent Studio workflow that enables agentic applications to retrieve, validate, and present IPM Insights. The workflow supports the following paths:

  • Retrieve Insight detail by Insight ID—Use this path when you already have an Insight UUID, usually obtained from an earlier Insights retrieval.
  • Retrieve applicable Insights from business process context—Use this path when you provide business process context and need applicable Insights.
  • Retrieve open Insights without context—Use this path when neither an Insight ID nor business process context is supplied.

Use the IPM Insights Assistant to create Agentic apps in Fusion AI studio to retrieve insights, present as selectable items, and retrieve details for a selected insight.

Business Benefit: The IPM Insights Assistant accelerates adoption of IPM Insights by providing a reusable integration layer. This reduces implementation effort for consuming teams, standardizes Insight retrieval and error handling, and enables users to consistently discover, select, and review relevant Insights within agentic applications.

The IPM Insights Assistant is packaged as a downloadable ZIP file on the Downloads page. Extracting the ZIP file provides access to the following assistant definition file: <application_name>IPMINSIGHTS_<pod_name>.json.
