New REST APIs for Worklist and Worklist Summary

The Worklist and Worklist Summary REST APIs enable you to retrieve consolidated worklist items and summary counts, including views specific to the current user. Supported work item types include Alerts, Authorization Requests, Consolidation Journals, Enterprise Journals, Forms, Reassignment Requests, and Schedule Tasks.
The worklist APIs support filtering, sorting, field selection, and pagination. The summary APIs return counts of total items, overdue items, items due today, and items due in the next seven days.
