New REST APIs for Activity Reports and Access Logs

New REST APIs enable you to list available Activity Reports and Access Logs, retrieve the complete JSON content of the latest or a specific Activity Report, and retrieve the latest or a specific Access Log as CSV content. You can filter report and log listings by report date and specify the sort order. Access Log records can also be filtered by time range, user, screen, and action.
