New REST API for Retrieving Planning Insight Details

This REST API retrieves details including metadata, status, and Analyzer data-slice information, for an individual Planning Insight using its external UUID. Historical actual values can also be included when supported.

Applies to: Planning, Freeform

Business Benefit: This REST API enables automated retrieval of Insight details for reporting and integrations, reducing the need for manual lookup.
