New REST APIs to Manage Connections

These REST APIs enable Service Administrators to create, retrieve, update, and delete connections for EPM, NetSuite, Oracle Fusion Apps, and Other Web Service Providers. The APIs support provider-specific authentication, including OAuth 2.0 where supported, and protect sensitive information by excluding credentials and secured values from retrieval responses.
