Predict Multiple Attributes in a Single REST API Request

The Predict Predicted Attribute REST API now supports predicting multiple target attributes in a single request. Attributes are processed by the training wheel, and the API returns one or more job IDs based on the number of wheel groups. Existing single-attribute and old-wheel prediction behavior remains unchanged.

Business Benefit: This enhancement reduces prediction overhead and improves performance for Create Profiles and other multi-attribute prediction workflows while preserving backward compatibility
