Insertion Point Rules Opend up to Allow Attribute Dimension Functions

Insertion points (predefined places in the consolidation sequence where you can add your own calculation logic without changing Oracle’s seeded consolidation rules) now allow attribute functions such as @ATTRIBUTESVAL and @ATTRIBUTEVAL in on-demand rules. 

Business Benefit: Allowing attribute functions in insertion point rules removes an existing limitation in the consolidation application.
