Enhanced Home Page and Global Header Experience

The application Home page adapts smoothly to different screen sizes, resolutions, and browser zoom levels. Layout elements including navigation, cards etc. automatically resize to provide a more readable and accessible experience. 

The application’s global header now includes drawers for Recent items, Favorites, and Notifications for administrators. These drawers
provide quick access to recently visited pages, saved favourites, and relevant banner-message notifications, including messages that have already been dismissed. The username display in the global header is also updated. When users hover over the username, the label appears as "<user_name>: Settings and Actions".

Business Benefit: With this new capability, users can quickly find important updates and access frequently used content in the application.
