Journal REST API Enhancements

Financial Consolidation and Close journal REST APIs now support additional journal actions, auto-reversal details, cube selection, comments, aliases for journal POV members, and enhanced journal retrieval and detail responses. The updates also add bulk journal action APIs for processing multiple journals in a single request, including journal-specific comments and Planning Inbox attachments.
