Performance Enhancement for Some Allocation Rule Types

This update includes a performance enhancement that allows certain rules to be calculated in parallel. Rules using these rule design features may benefit from this enhancement:

• Same as Source - Different Dimension
• Allocate to Parent
• Allocate to Sibling

Business Benefit: Overall calculation time for models having many of these types of rules is significantly reduced.
