Consolidation Assistant

A Consolidation Assistant is now available. The Consolidation Assistant helps Service Administrators identify and diagnose system issues, provides detailed diagnostic findings, and recommends appropriate resolutions to address the detected problems. Leveraging Generative AI, the assistant helps administrators understand the likely causes of consolidation performance issues and system health issues through a guided chat experience. It combines metric anomaly analysis with recommendation-based findings, which enable administrators to review a diagnosis summary and resolve issues.

Business Benefit: The Consolidation Assistant significantly reduces the manual effort and time required to diagnose consolidation performance and system health issues from multiple data sources.

Steps to enable and configure

To use the Consolidation Assistant, you must first enable Generative AI for your environment. To enable Generative AI:

  1. From the Home page, click Application, then click Settings.
  2. Under Enable AI, select the checkbox to enable Generative AI, then slick Save.
