Steps to Enable

To enable this feature you need to log a Service Request (SR).

To receive the promo code, you need to log a Service Request (SR) and mention Integrated Supply Chain with J.P. Morgan. Refer to 'Service Request Process For Supply Chain Financing Feature (KB160010)' for instruction on how to create the service request. Also, provide your production and test pod names in the SR ticket. Oracle Support will provide the materials necessary to implement Integrated Supply Chain Finance with J.P. Morgan. 

Two unique steps are required to opt-in to Integrated Supply Chain Finance with J.P. Morgan:

  1. Within Manage Promotion Codes, enter the promo code provided by Oracle Support to access the J.P. Morgan banking configuration. 
  2. Activate Supply Chain Finance via a Dev Opt-In Lookup Code located in the Oracle Support provided material. 

Prerequisite Steps

Before using Integrated Supply Chain Finance with J.P. Morgan, you need to complete the following prerequisite steps. 

  1. You must establish a trade finance program and related scope of services with J.P. Morgan. Contact your J.P. Morgan Sales / Relationship Manager or fill out the Contact Us form. 
  2. You must enable the Embedded Banking Services with J.P. Morgan Bank and Bank Accounts business flow alongside Supply Chain Finance, which requires a J.P. Morgan Demand Deposit Account (DDA).
  3. The legal entity name(s) used by J.P. Morgan on the DDA must match legal entity name(s) in Cloud ERP. 
  4. You must be live and using the Fusion Accounts Payable module for participating suppliers. 

Tips And Considerations

  • Supply Chain Finance works the best the more promptly the supplier invoices are approved.
  • Ensure any third-party AP integrations to Fusion contain automated approvals and/or directly update Fusion AP invoice details in a timely manner.
  • Strategic suppliers are more willing to accept extended payment terms with prompt payment.
